Apparently, I was quite confused yesterday.  I still think that DNS64
is only needed if you have IPv6-only clients without *any* IPv4 stack
whatsoever.  But such clients could send queries to an Unbound cache,
so adding this to Unbound wouldn't be as pointless as I thought.
